Speak Up
I read a testimony a few days ago and in the script was a statement that caught my attention. The individual speaking said "it doesn't matter how closely a person is listening, if no one is SPEAKING." This is a reversal from how we normally see this principle. In Acts 4:18 the religious rulers of the day feared the outcome if Peter and John continued to preach about Jesus..... so "they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus."  A crippled man had been healed (Acts3), the people were stirred. God was moving and lives were being changed. It all began when two men, on their way to church to pray, SPOKE to a crippled beggar, who wanted them to help him financially. Peter SPOKE these words to the man, "we don't have any money, but we got Jesus" (pph) Peter then took him by the hand and lifted him up and immediately he was healed. This could be my story or your story. We too have got Jesus. Someone is listening "SPEAK UP"!
